Employment firm opens Greenwood office
An Indianapolis-based recruiting and staffing company plans to open a new office in Greenwood.
A grand opening will be held Dec. 10 at Diverse Staffing’s newest office at 435 E. Main St. in Greenwood’s historic Old Town retail district.
“Our growth pattern has continued to spike despite the economic downturn across the nation,” local branch manager Jonathan Loo said in a news release. “We continue to receive new positions each and every day.
“We are on track to match well over 100 qualified candidates with Indianapolis and Southside area job opportunities in 2009.”
Diverse Staffing’s growth also has led to the opening of a new office in Muncie, in addition to its corporate headquarters near 71st Street and I-465 on Indianapolis’ northwest side.
“We selected this location because we want to be part of the revitalization of this community and especially the Old Town Greenwood area,” Michael Bolinger, Diverse Staffing’s vice president, said in the release. “Our team has lived in this community most of their lives, so it only made sense to be at the epicenter of south Indianapolis.”
Diverse Staffing is a certified participant in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s small-business development program and a certified Minority Business Enterprise with the Indiana Business Diversity Council and the national Minority Supplier Development Council.
