Ice win in shootout
Antti Roppo tied the score with a third-period goal, then scored again in a shootout to help the Indiana Ice to a 3-2 victory over the Cedar Rapids Roughriders on Wednesday night at Pan Am Plaza.
The Ice’s Shane Berschbach and Roppo were the only shooters to succeed in the shootout. Indiana goalie Cab Morris stopped four Cedar Rapids shooters.
