Won’t eat there after finding hair in my food AND in my tea, had slow service, and a couple of screwed up carry out orders. Used to be good.

Great food, just wish they were a bit more flexible with their menu without having to charge you too much. $25 for breakfast was a bit much.

My boyfriend and I have decided to make this our Saturday morning spot. They have the best grilled cheese. It is actually the “3 Sisters Grilled Cheese” on the menu. It has brie, apples & berries ($8.50 with soup). A GREAT combination. Everytime I go to 3 Sisters I say I’m going to try something different, but I can’t see to do so. I also top my meal off with the 3 bean soup. Very good, as well. The boyfriend loves the build your own omlet. We have already introduced numerous people to 3 Sisters!

when the building housed the Village Idiot coffee house. the prices were more within reach for the younger crowd and the energy it gave off was that of true youth culture. now its just vegan meatloaf. wah.

I have always had a good experience at Three Sister’s. As a vegetarian, its nice to have so many options on the menu. Also, the food tastes great and is reasonably priced. My favorite is the 3 bean chili. They have a huge list of tea choices as well, if you’re a tea drinker
Service has always been warm and friendly. I like going in the warmer months because its nice to sit out on their porch.

I wonder why I don’t go more often.
1.) It’s half a block from my house, so I don’t know what my excuse is.
2.) It’s super affordable.
3.) It’s homey — not just the atmosphere, but the food itself. It’s almost like homestyle, comfort food but you KNOW it’s actually not that bad for you. This is the place to come if you’re vegan or vegetarian, because they have a lot of options for you and are pretty health conscious, use lots of organics, etc.
4. The powerhouse potatoes rock my world.

I’ve spent many a breakfast here, and love the fact that there is such a vast array of menu items not found at other joints. Three Sisters has a fun, quirky atmosphere, as well.

I’ve only been there once. The food was good, but the waitress was overwhelmed and took forever. I really want to like this place, so I’ll give it another shot.

Everytime I go to this place they are closed. Do they just open when they feel like it?? Used to love their tempe.
Sept/2008
Haven’t been there in years — everytime I go they are closed. Finally went a month ago on a Sunday for lunch. It was horrible. Everything that used to be good is awful now. Their bean soup tastes like it came out of box (like the Fantastic brand?) and has a fake taste to it. The tempe w/ potatoes is not the same. They now use kashi type grains instead of delicious tempe chunks. And the black bean burger was tasteless. No flavor — seemed like mashed up bean from a can and fried in a pan. I will never go back. A huge disappointment.

This place Rocks! They have the BEST Grilled Cheese sandwich with Apples and Brie, it is sooOoo tasty! The service is always perfect, and the salads are to die for! You Must go, if you are going to have lunch in Broad Ripple!
