They have cheapened their recipies and ingreients. The cheese used to be wonderful, beans flavorful, the rice had chicken & peas for flavor.

Joe’s has changed and is now horrible. They have bad owners, bad food, dirty, and the employees are miserable. Recipes are not the same!
